I found one at ragingbull.com (message board = uwnk). There's only been 7 posts over the past year so there's not much going on over there but I joined (as mr_vcs) and submitted post #8. I'm hoping a few other people will join (or point me to another message board) so that we can discuss the bistro in more detail. Looks like it is almost ready to go...no more than a few weeks I would say. They were indeed interviewing potential employees today. The site looks like a sleek modern design. The unique items, the electronics, were not yet fully installed. Inside the mall, they are next to Williams Sonoma which should be a pretty high traffic area. There apparently will also be some prominent signage that can be seen from the parking lot or near Maggianos. I stopped by there today.
